Our Chef, who is very enterprising and always ready, will be happy to cook your food and satisfy your taste buds. We will work in partnership with some French Chefs. One of them, Mr. Gilles DEBARGE, was particularly supportive during our studies in France, believed in the project when we discussed it with him and encouraged us to put it to fruition. We hereby wish to thank him. In- between two tourist activities, we will urge him to stay at the guesthouse to give demonstrations, cook tasting menus and transfer his skills. He will seize this opportunity to make Burkinabe people discover an animal called 'dahut' and mostly seeing in French mountains during winter.
